Isabelle Gauthier Position: CFO Mrs Gauthier, completed a B.A. in Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and is member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec since 1998. She worked for Raymond, Chabot, Grant, Thornton a chartered accountant firm as an auditor from 1996 to 2006. Through her involvement of ten years in various assignments, she acquired a solid experience in management and financial reporting. In 2004 and 2005, she acted as the principal director in SearchGold audits. That role allowed her to acquire a specific experience in the mining industry. In 2006, when she decided to work as an independent, she provided financials services to SearchGold.
