Property Status

The Belleterre project was recently acquired by Golden Share from SearchGold and consists of two contiguous properties. The Lake Chevrier property is an eight claim property under 100% ownership by Golden Share. The Blondeau-Guillet property is a 155 claim property 50% Golden Share and 50% Niogold Mining Corporation. A 1% to 2% NSR is payable to previous owners.

Laurence Huss, P.Geo., Vice-president Exploration of Golden Share Mining Corporation and Qualified Person for Golden Share, has reviewed and approved the content of Belleterre informations.
